Seamus W. Miller
Owner
Seamus W. Miller brings hands-on experience in steel bolted water tank construction and assembly. His background includes crew leadership, jobsite workflow planning, heavy-equipment operation, field installation, material staging, and safety-focused work practices.
Before establishing M Built Tanks, Seamus worked as a lead installer with TX Aquastore, where he led daily tank-construction activities, supported jobsite productivity and safety, and developed practical knowledge of the full water-tank assembly process.
Seamus holds OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 training.
Jason T. Miller, STSC
Owner / Safety / Superintendent
Jason T. Miller, STSC, brings 28 years of construction-industry experience to M Built Tanks. His background includes tank construction, field supervision, project management, safety leadership, quality control, heavy-industrial work, and crew development.
Jason has served as a construction safety superintendent, tank-building superintendent, crew foreman, project manager, steel and iron worker, pipe fitter, equipment operator, and concrete specialist. His experience includes overseeing bolted steel tank and aluminum dome projects, leading field crews, developing safe-work plans, conducting jobsite audits, supervising contractors, and supporting projects involving heavy equipment and work at significant heights.
Jason’s qualifications include OSHA 10, OSHA 30, OSHA 510, confined-space training, fall-protection training, and experience with rough-terrain forklifts, skid steers, elevated work platforms, front-end loaders, and boom-supported work platforms.
